Blake Shelton‘s Nashville bar, Ole Red, will temporarily close, according to a post made on the companies social media.
However, it seems like the decision was made because Shelton is brewing up something special.
From April 24 to May 6, the famous spot is speculated to be closed for the filming of Barmageddon Season 2, the hit celebrity game show co-created by Blake Shelton and Carson Daly, and hosted by Nikki Bella. The show’s first season debuted on December 5, 2022. In the show, the superstar trio head to Nashville and invite viewers into Blake’s bar for a front row seat as their celebrity friends compete in over-the-top bar games.
The show had a very successful first season, so much so that it was recently renewed for a second season.
It was announced that individuals from the general public can participate in a contest to win the opportunity of becoming an extra for Season 2, sparking more excitement and publicity for the shows return.
