Breaking: Luke Combs to Open His Own Bar in Nashville

Luke Combs is officially adding business owner to his long list of achievements!

The country superstar has officially announced that he and Opry Entertainment Group, a division of Ryman Hospitality Group, will be partnering together to open a massive multi-level entertainment complex in downtown Nashville.

Inspired by his 8x platinum debut No. 1 hit, “Hurricane,” the upcoming venue will be the biggest entertainment complex in the downtown area, spanning a total of 69,000 square feet with an indoor/outdoor capacity of almost 3,200 people.

The venues theme will symbolize Combs’ passion for music, songwriting, whiskey, and sports. The complex will include a concert footprint with a capacity of 1,500 attendees for ticketed events, in addition to a 9,000-square-foot rooftop that will offer views of the Cumberland River and Nissan Stadium. The three levels inside will be designed for an entertainment experience inspired by Combs’ songs, lifestyle, personal interests, and deep connection to his fans.

“I knew there was something extraordinary about Luke from the first time I heard him perform
‘Hurricane,’” said Colin Reed, Executive Chairman of Ryman Hospitality Properties. “Even as
he’s gone from filling bars to stadiums around the world, Luke has remained deeply committed to
his fans and his craft. As the downtown entertainment district continues to evolve, we view this
new experience as a tremendous opportunity to position Second Avenue with a global audience of
country music lovers, anchored by Luke Combs’ massive international fan base.”

The music program at the venue will offer diverse live music experiences, using the present main stage and dance floor featuring line dancing. Besides daily performances by Nashville’s finest rising talent, the venue intends to organize a complete schedule of ticketed concerts and events.

“I got my start in town playing on this stage and to have the opportunity to work with Opry
Entertainment to transform it into my own bar is a dream come true,” said Luke Combs in a press release. “I can’t wait for my fans to see what we’re up to.”

The venue, currently occupied as the Wildhorse Saloon, is scheduled to make its debut in the summer of 2024 at 120 Second Avenue North. During the planned renovation period, the company will operate under the same name.
