New music is officially on its way from Jake Owen!
The country music sensation has revealed the exciting news that the release of his seventh studio album titled “Loose Cannon,” will be available on June 23.
To officially kick off the summer season in style, Owen will be unveiling four new songs from the album this Friday, May 26. The tracks are titled “On The Boat Again,” “Solo, Solo,” “Nothing,” and “Hot Truck Beer.”
The upcoming album will showcase a collection of 16 unreleased tracks, all written by fellow country songwriters and artists. The roster includes names such as Jordan Davis, Walker Hayes, Ashley Gorley, Brent Cobb, Jessie Jo Dillon, and many others.
“I can’t wait to share this new wave of music with my fans,” Owen shares in a press release. “This album is a long time coming and feels like the best version of me. Grab your buddies, put the boat in the water, pour a cold one out and we’ll catch y’all out on the lake. It’s the best time of year and we’re ready to celebrate.”
After a span of just over four years since his last full-length album, titled “Greetings From…Jake,” Jake Owen’s return with “Loose Cannon” is a testament to his growth and evolution as an artist.
The project invites listeners on a journey of musical maturity alongside Owen. With “Loose Cannon”, he delves into a neo-traditional next wave, showcasing his artistic development and captivating listeners with his unique style.
Jake Owen will be gracing the stage of ABC’s Good Morning America this Memorial Day to perform his unreleased song, “On The Boat Again.” Fans can tune in to catch Owen’s performance and celebrate the holiday with his unforgettable music.
