The Station Inn & Carter Vintage Guitars - Mark travels to Nashville, Tenn., to visit The Station Inn, a listening room in the heart of the city featuring the world's best bluegrass, roots, classic country, and Americana music. Later, we take a look inside the friendliest guitar store in town, Carter Vintage Guitars, with owners Walter and Christie Carter.
Grand Ole Opry and Ernest Tubb Record Shop - Mark travels to Nashville, Tenn., to visit the Grand Ole Opry, home to the longest-running radio program in history. Then, we stop by Ernest Tubb Record Shop and discover some of the history of the famous record shop and music venue.
The Troubadour and Capitol Studios - Mark travels to West Hollywood, Calif., to visit the iconic LA venue The Troubadour which has been home to iconic performances from greats like Elton John, Billy Joel, Hall and Oates, and Metallica. Later, we take a tour of Capitol Studios located inside the world-famous Capitol Records building.
RCA Studio A and United Record Pressing - Mark travels to Music Row in Nashville, Tenn., to check out famed recording studio RCA Studio A and meets with Grammy Award-winning producer Dave Cobb. Down the road, we go behind-the-scenes at United Record Pressing where vinyl records start their journey.
The Ryman Auditorium and Robert's Western World - Mark travels to Nashville, Tenn., to visit The Ryman Auditorium and sits down with Ryman Museum Curator Joshua Bronnenberg to discuss the history of the building. After a walk down Broadway, we check out one of the city’s most famous honky-tonks, Robert’s Western World.
Gibson USA Factory and the Gibson Garage - Mark travels to Nashville, Tenn., to check out the Gibson USA Guitar factory where he gets a special look at how the legendary guitars are built. Then, we check out the brand-new Gibson Garage, accompanied by country music chart-topper Niko Moon for a look at the innovative brand experience center.
Amoeba Music and Norman's Rare Guitars - In this episode, Mark visits the legendary record chain Amoeba Music in Hollywood, Calif., and gets a personal tour from store manager Daniel Tures. Later, we stop by Norman’s Rare Guitars, the world-famous destination for guitar players and music lovers alike.
Jack White's Third Man Records and Rumble Seat Music - Mark travels to Nashville, Tenn., to visit Third Man Records and sit down with co-founder Ben Swank to learn the history, tour the recording studio, and look at some of the novelties that have made Third Man Records a Nashville tourist destination. After that, we hop on over to Rumble Seat Music and check out some of their most famous instruments.
Musician's Hall of Fame and Manuel - Mark travels to Nashville, Tenn., to visit the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum and sit down with founder Joe Chambers. Later, we meet the man who has dressed Country Music royalty for decades, Manuel Cuevas.
