Raspberry Chipotle Black Bean Dip

Social media darling Morgan from the Bobby Bones Show shares this nostalgic recipe that combines tangy raspberry jam, chipotle seasoned beans, and a blend of creamy cheeses! 1/2 onion diced 1 can black beans rinsed 1 tbsp cumin 1/2 tbsp salt 1/2 tbsp pepper 8 oz cream cheese 1 clove garlic minced 4 oz monterey jack cheese 1/2 bottle roasted raspberry chipotle sauce
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Dice white onion and set aside
In a cast iron skillet, cook rinsed black beans with cumin, salt, and pepper
Remove beans from pan and cook diced onion on medium heat
Halfway through cooking the onion, add minced garlic and cook till golden brown
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese with onion and garlic.
In the skillet, push black beans to the side of the pan and place cream cheese mixture to the center.
Add the raspberry chipotle sauce on top.
Lastly, sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese on top
Place skillet in oven for 15 minutes on 400 degrees
Stir the dip and serve with your favorite chips!
