Momma's Pimento Cheese

This classic southern dish is a must try! Country sweetheart Hannah Dasher stopped by Circle Kitchen to share her momma's rendition of the creamy pimento cheese. You can't resist this blend of cheesy goodness and spicy pimentos.

  • 4 oz sharp white Vermont cheddar shredded
  • 4 oz sharp cheddar shredded
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 2 oz grated parmesan cheese powdered
  • 1 small jar diced pimentos drained
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 2 tbsp mayonaise


  • In a large bowl, combine both cheddar cheeses, cream cheese, and parmesan and mix.
  • Add in diced pimentos along with salt, garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and sugar and mix.
  • Lastly, mix in the mayonnaise to combine and serve!
