Kimberly Perry has some exciting news!
The country singer, former member of The Band Perry, announced on Instagram that her and her husband, Johnny Costello are expecting their first child together.
“Building my own family is something I’ve dreamed about for as long as I can remember. As a woman and as an artist, I’ve always felt like I had to make a choice between growing my career and growing life. But YALL – I’m doin’ em both at the SAME TIME!! Here we go,” Perry told her fans in her announcement.
Earlier this month, Perry made her next official career move by signing with Records Nashville, following The Band Perry’s decision to take a step back.
The couple’s baby-news comes just before their two year wedding anniversary, marrying in June of 2021. Perry and Costello kept their marriage a secret, however, until December when they celebrated their six-month wedding anniversary and shared the news separately on Instagram.
