Content Editor​​

Responsible for editing a variety of content, including but not limited to: acquired and original programming, network promos and graphics. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in the Adobe editing suite and is highly motivated and organized.


  • Edit acquired content to fit network specs
  • Build engaging network promos and graphics
  • Create original programming for the linear network, AVOD platforms and social media as needed
  • Organize/manage all files through our MAM system, Evolphin 


  • BA in in Communication, Business or related field require;
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in broadcast/digital editing
  • Extremely proficient in editing with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (bonus points if you’ve edited for a television network). Knowledge of Adobe Audition, Photoshop and Illustrator preferred, but not required
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word


  • Experience working both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
  • General understanding or an interest in television
  • Must have ability to communicate effectively and tactfully – in person, over the phone and in writing
  • Strong organizational and time management skills – ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously that are deadline sensitive

Financial Accountant

The ideal candidate will have a financial accounting background and financial accounting experience in television or network broadcasting, linear and OTT. The role performs daily and monthly accounting and control procedures in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) including reconciliation of systems, month-end close, intercompany transactions, journal entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and assists with other month-end tasks and additional projects.


  • Initiates or reconciles operational transactions daily and maintains relevant documentation
  • Reviews activity and prepares journal entries to record daily transactions.
  • Reviews, updates, and reconciles intercompany balances, including reconciling daily activities with Treasury
  • Initiates and assists with period-end closing procedures (e.g. journal entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, matching and confirming intercompany balances)
  • Performs all AP/AR functions for the company o Processes and manages accounts payable, purchase orders and expense report accounting o Responsible for certain invoicing, payment processing and deposits
  • Responsible for all content accounting in accordance with GAAP
  • Oversees and analyzes cost expenditures and purchases within the organization
  • Performs ad hoc duties and projects as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in financial accounting or closely related field required
  • Minimum of two years of accounting experience in accordance with GAAP
  • Prior experience with QuickBooks Online, Wide Orbit, and Microsoft Office preferred

Billing Traffic Coordinator


This role will be responsible for all invoicing and payment posting for the linear network.


  • Ad sales invoicing form post logs
  • Posting payments and adjustments
  • Ensure all billing and payment practices work for financial controller
  • Generates reports as needed
  • Billing/invoice/Accounting experience preferred

Ad Traffic Assistant

The Ad Traffic Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to provide support to the Ad Traffic Scheduling Department. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, and creative.  


  • Assists team with daily on-air log production
  • Helps with metadata entry for promos, graphics, and commercial spots
  • Prepares weekly promo inventory
  • Serves as backup to Ad Traffic Coordinator
  • Assists with various department tasks
  • Distributes delivered promos to various departments


  • A. Degree or equivalent, preferably with a marketing or business focus
  • General understanding or an interest in television 
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office
  • Wide Orbit or similar software experience a plus

Social Media

You can witness and gain behind the scenes experience with our linear and VOD Media country lifestyle network.  Our internships run in the Spring, Summer and Fall College Semesters.  This PAID internship can flex between part time to full time hours. Send your resume to Danielle Patel ([email protected]) with the internship of interest as well as the semester of choice.

Marketing Sponsorship and Sales

  • Assist with tracking, organizing, and delivering partnership elements and marketing materials. 
  • Create partner assets and marketing materials, draft talent interviews and more
  • Oversee press release creation and track media hits/exposure
  • Track and compile all sponsor marketing deliverables, update tracking sheet weekly
  • Help brainstorm and create liners for talent to utilize for marketing and stunt purposes
  • Assist with distributing stunt materials/programming to AVOD platforms
  • Distribute all-staff updates on notable partner events and press releases
  • Assist marketing team with video editing and creation

Production/Content Intern

  • Create content at all stages of the production process
  • Attend production shoots
  • Work alongside our team of editors
  • Assist with quality control
  • Help with delivery/distribution of finished content.
  • Format acquired content for the network alongside our team of editors
  • Attend production shoots to learn and assist when needed

Social Media Intern

  • Assist and produce engaging, creative visual social content for the brand’s social communities (photo, video, gif…)
  • Learn how to adapt our existing brand voice to the social environment 
  • Promote our new content airing on linear, cable and VOD networks
  • Produce engaging, creative visual social content for the brand’s social communities (photo, video, gif…) and adapt our existing brand voice to the social environment
  • Deliver consistent social media content with the look and feel for the brand, that is uniquely adapted to each social platform and audience, and targets fans and artists
  • Monitor & research consumer conversations, competition, industry, creative trends and ideate breakthrough social activations, content inspiration and productions

Internship Qualifications

  • Currently attending college or have graduated within a year of program start date
  • Interested in a career in television and/or client management
  • Marketing- Skilled users of social media and Google apps; working knowledge of Premiere Pro
  • Production- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects proficiency preferred
  • Social Media- Knowledge on posting content to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, SnapChat, Tiktok, and blogging outlets.
  • Self-starters who thrive working in collaborative settings
  • Able to commit up to 30 hours per week
  •  Extremely detail-oriented and organized
