Circle Network Announces New Season of Its Hit Show ‘Landmarks: The Stages of Country Music,’ Taking Fans Behind the Scenes of Iconic Music Venues and Recording Studios with Their Favorite Artists Including Jelly Roll, Ernest, Elle King & More

Landmarks’ Premieres Wednesday, September 6 at 11:30/10:30c on Circle Network

WHO:   Circle, the award-winning country music and lifestyle network and official TV home of the Grand Ole Opry

WHAT:   Today, Circle Network announced the lineup for the third season of its hit showLandmarks: The Stages of Country Music”that will take viewers through some of America’s most iconic music venues and recording studios including Blackbird Studios, The Stage and Studio A in Nashville, the Fox Theatre in Atlanta, Sun Studios in Memphis, Cain’s Ballroom in Tulsa and more. The serieswill feature country music stars including Jelly Roll, Ernest, Elle King, Priscilla Block, Maggie Rose, Ricky Skaggs, Jon Randall and many more, who will walk viewers through each venue, sharing their favorite memories including performing and watching other stars perform on each stage.  

In the premiere episode, country singer Ernest talks about his “spiritual” experience recording at Ocean Way in Nashville, stating “so much good energy has happened here  and so many good songs [have been performed].” 

Later in the series, country singer Jelly Roll tells the story of his first time playing Nashville’s Orange Peel by stating, “Anybody who’s anybody trying to break in from The Appalachians down south… you’ve gotta play at the Orange Peel.”  

“Something I love about our network is our unique, original programming that takes country music fans behind the scenes of the venues and with the artists that they’ve been fans of for years,” said Circle Network’s SVP, Content, Evan Haiman. “Landmarks does just that for our viewers, not to mention with commentary from artists like Jelly Roll, Elle King and Jon Randall who have spent their careers admiring and playing in these venues. I’m thrilled to bring it back for season three!” 

“Everything about these venues – the look, the sound, the artists who have played there before – bring back so many memories of important times in my life,” said singer/songwriter and producer, Jon Randall. “I’m thrilled Blackbird Studios and Studio A are featured in this season of Landmarks, too – some of the highlights of my career have happened in these places and I can’t wait to give a behind the scenes look to country music fans.” 

WHEN:   “Landmarks: The Stages of Country Music” season three will premiere on Circle Network on Wednesday, 9/6 at 11:30 EST. New episodes will air each Wednesday at the same time, concluding with the finale on November 29.
