1. Reese Witherspoon

You may know Reese Witherspoon from her iconic on screen roles such as Legally Blonde, Cruel Intentions, Gone Girl, and so much more. Being born in raised in Louisiana, Reese has always had southern roots. So it’s no surprise that Nashville would make a perfect home for her and her family.

She also ventured into the retail space with her iconic Nashville store, Draper James. Reese has clearly left her mark on this town! It was recently released that Reese has just sold her Nashville manor estate for over $7.35 million!

2. John Oates

Ever heard of legendary songs like “Rich Girl” or “You Make My Dreams Come True”? Then you know this Nashville resident John Oates from hit duo Daryl Hall and John Oates. John and his wife Aimee have made Nashville home as they reside in the Richland-West End area.

He states that when he wanted to work on his solo music after the success of his duo, he said that he needed to do it in Nashville. And what better town to work on music than the Music City capital itself.

3. Sheryl Crow

This “Soak Up The Sun” artist has been basking in the Nashville sun for years as she has made the Music City her home. Music legend Sheryl Crow has a stunning Nashville compound of over 50 acres of greenery and peace. Her $5.8 million dollar home is just outside the city where her and her family reside.

She says she enjoys being in a more secluded place and that it’s the perfect place to raise a family. This home has everything! From a recording studio to a barn, Sheryl Crow never has to leave her house!
