Is a Shania Twain and Adele Collaboration in the Works?

Can fans look forward to a Shania Twain and Adele collaboration?

In a recent interview with The Sun, Shania Twain shared her dream artist to collaborate with— and it’s none other than the sensational Adele. Shania, the queen of country-pop, and Adele, the soulful powerhouse, teaming up? Talk about a dream duo!

“I would love to sing with her,“ the country-pop sensation said.

Shania Twain, known for hits like “Man! I Feel Like a Woman,” and Adele, with her chart-toppers like “Hello,” are both music legends in their own right. The idea of their voices coming together would be like a musical daydream come true.

“I think we would blend beautifully together. Obviously, that would be amazing,” Twain said. “She’s a great singer and has her own style that is unique.”

“She’s a character on stage, too. She’s a fabulous performer,” she added.

There’s no doubt that mutual affection exists between the two. Adele has openly declared her love for Twain in the past and was left absolutely starstruck when she had learned that Twain had sat in the front row at one of her Las Vegas performances last November.

Sharing a photo on her Instagram story, Adele joked about what would’ve happened if she had realized that Twain was right in front of her during the show.

“Thank God you had a hat on @shaniatwain I would have self-combusted had I seen it was you. I adore you, I can’t believe you came to my show,” Adele wrote.

Recently, Twain announced that she will be returning to Las Vegas in 2024. She revealed plans for her third residency in the city, titled “Shania Twain: Come on Over — The Las Vegas Residency — All the Hits!”

The series of performances will pay homage to her iconic 1997 album Come on Over, taking place at the Bakkt Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.
