Kelsea Ballerini wasn’t afraid to inturupt her own sold-out concert in New Jersey to ask a question about Taylor Swift‘s Eras Tour.
During a recent performance at the Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena in Atlantic City, NJ, the 29-year-old country star briefly paused her show to ask if anyone in the crowd was keeping up with Taylor Swifts much-awaited world tour, The Era’s Tour. In a viral TikTok video filmed on Friday, Ballerini asked her fans if “Cruel Summer” was included in Swifts 44-song set list on opening night.

“Can I level with you for a minute,” Ballerini asked the crowd in the viral TikTok. “Is anyone stalking the Eras Tour, has it started? I’m gonna stalk it after this, but I have one question. Is ‘Cruel Summer’ on the setlist?”
Enthusiastic screams from the crowd confirmed that Tayor did indeed sing the beloved song from her seventh studio album.
“It is? Wow, that’s my Super Bowl, I gotta be honest,” Ballerini responded as she takes a bow to honor Swift. “All right, wow, that’s all I needed to know. Thank you for that. It’s like live updates.”
Kelsea Ballerini and Taylor Swift go all the way back to 2015, when Swift invited Ballerini to perform at her 1989 World Tour in Nashville, Tennessee.
“The first time I ever met this artist was eight years ago when she was standing in line to meet me in a meet and greet line at CMA Music Fest,” Swift said introducing Ballerini to the Bridgestone stage.
“Guys, this is her very first time performing in this arena. Please make some noise for my friend, I wish she was my sister, Kelsea Ballerini!”
Kelsea Ballerini is currently on her HEARTFIRST Tour and will soon be in her home state of Tennessee, performing at the Grand Ole Opry on April 15th.
Taylor Swift just recently kicked off her Eras World Tour Friday night.
