Mickey Guyton has made an exciting announcement about her upcoming song release on Friday, July 14, titled “Nothing Compares to You”— and it involves a country superstar collaboration!
Guyton took to Instagram, sharing a series of videos to officially reveal that fellow country star Kane Brown will be joining her for the new song.
“Alright, y’all, no more bleeping,” the singer wrote in the video’s caption.
“After much anticipation..by me.. I am so excited to share that I’m releasing my new single, ‘Nothing Compares to You,’ on Friday. And guess what? It is a collaboration, and this collab is just, it’s mind-blowing, and I’m so excited,” she told her fans.
“Are y’all ready for this? Are you ready to hear who I’m collabing with? It’s…drum roll please…Kane Brown!”
The new track will be Guyton’s first glimpse of new music since 2022, when she released three songs: “Something ‘Bout You,” “How You Love Someone,” and “I Still Pray.” Prior to that, her long-awaited full-length debut album, Remember Her Name, was released in 2021.
