Reba McEntire Is Ready To Join ‘The Voice’

Country music superstar Reba McEntire is set to join The Voice as the “Mega Mentor” for this season’s knockout rounds on Monday night, April 17— and she has a lot of advice to give.

In a teaser for her upcoming appearance, Reba makes her grand entrance, being deemed as the “raddest Mega Mentor the show has ever had.” She meets with the coaches, chats with contestants and gets emotional giving advice to the upcoming artists.

Coach Kelly Clarkson reflects on how special it is to see Reba mentor other singers after having a lot of help from Reba during the beginning of her own music career.

“I am so proud of Kelly. She has grown as an artist, as a teacher, from when we first met way back,” McEntire adds. “She was a baby! Now she’s just matured into just this wonderful woman that I am just so proud of, and I love with all my heart.”

Making her first appearance on The Voice in 2015 as Blake Shelton’s very first mentor on the show, Reba is ready to take on the job once again.

“It’s always a lot of fun to give advice because I study people when they perform, and I wanna be touched when they’re singing to me,” she says.

Reba will be making her appearance on Monday, April 17 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
