Watch Gwen Stefani’s Reaction to Niall Horan Doing a Spot-On Impression of Blake Shelton

Niall Horan, the former One Direction heartthrob and current coach on The Voice, showcased his impressive impersonation skills on the latest episode of The Jennifer Hudson Show— and he’s actually pretty good at it.

Horan, alongside his co-coach, Gwen Stefani, delighted viewers with his spot-on impression of country star Blake Shelton, who left The Voice after 23 seasons.

During the show, host Jennifer Hudson challenged Horan to imitate Shelton’s distinctive Southern accent. Without missing a beat, Horan slipped into character, adopting Shelton’s accent flawlessly— and hilariously.

“This my wife, Gwen Stefani. I would love you to be on my team,” he imitated, capturing Shelton’s charm and mannerisms perfectly.

Gwen Stefani, who tied the knot with Shelton in July 2021, couldn’t contain her laughter at Horan’s impression. “I love this guy,” she exclaimed, clearly impressed by his talent at southern accents.

Even though Blake Shelton bid farewell to The Voice after an impressive 23-season run, fans can rest assured that the show is in good hands with its beloved judges this time around.

Stefani and Horan reclaimed their iconic red coaches’ chairs last week, marking the start of Season 24. It’s worth noting that Niall Horan, who joined the coaching crew last year, proved his ability by winning his first victory in the previous season with team member Gina Miles.

In addition to Horan’s return, viewers can also look forward to the familiar faces of John Legend and Gwen Stefani, both making their comeback after their appearances in Season 22. And adding a delightful touch of country charm to the show is the legendary Reba McEntire, who is making her debut as a full-time coach this season. While there might be a few changes, the presence of these well-loved personalities ensures that the spirit of The Voice remains as vibrant and engaging as ever.
